Under the Tindals Joint Venture Agreement, Focus Minerals Limited is required to pay Acclaim a royalty of 25cents/tonne of ore mined and treated commencing after 2,500,000 tonnes of ore has been mined and treated. As at 30 June 2001 a total of 2,105,687 tonnes had been mined and treated.
